Pamela Greenough

Pamela Greenough - 84,  of Kentville, passed away Friday, September 4, 2015 in Arbordale Rest Home, New Minas. Born in London, England, she was a daughter of the late William and Florence (Toms) Picknell. A graduate of both Wilfrid Laurier University and Acadia University, she had been employed as a secretary, worked in banking and taught at Horton High School. She is survived by a daughter, Margaret "Maggie" Greenough, Brampton, Ontario; two grandchildren, Jessica and Daniel Todd. She was predeceased by her husband, George Marshall Greenough. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. The funeral service and reception will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 in St. James Anglican Church, Kentville, Reverend Cathy Pharo officiating. Burial will take place in the Garden of Rest Cemetery, Parish of St. James, Kentville.  Donations in memory may be made to The Primate's World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF) or the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
