Neil Patrick Thomas Macdonald - 1954 - 2015. Neil passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015. He was the beloved son of the late Patricia and David Macdonald and the cherished brother of Ian Macdonald (Joan); Sheila Macdonald; Margaret Roussel (Louis); David Macdonald (Nancy); Mary Unger (Neil). He was also Uncle Neil to many wonderful nieces and nephews. Neil was a gentle, joyful man who enjoyed life immensely, despite facing some health challenges. He was a long time resident of Kings’ Meadows Group Home, before moving to his new and last home, at the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre. Neil loved his family and friends dearly. He enjoyed food, music – Boxcar Willie in particular and all things purple. He touched the lives of many and he will be deeply missed. Donations in memory may be made to Kings’ Meadows Group Home, Windsor or to Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, Waterville.
