Margaret Rose Attridge

Margaret Rose Attridge - 78, of Berwick, NS, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Shannex-Orchard Court, Kentville, NS. Born on July 24, 1938 in Springhill, NS, Margaret was the daughter of the late Sam and Rose (Moore) Sears (Woodstock, ON). Margaret is survived by son, Gordon (Myrna) Greenwood, NS; daughters, Pamela Shepherd, Aylesford, NS; Jennifer (Marc) Moisan, Victoria, BC; and Jill Wilson, Woodstock, ON; grandchildren, Angie McCutchen, Ali Attridge, Mackenzie Moisan, Chloe Moisan, Rachel Shepherd, Jeremy Shepherd and Keegan Shepherd; sisters, Joy Walpole, Woodstock, ON and Betty Stirling, Springhill, NS. She was predeceased by her husband, Gordon (1997); brother, Bill Sears; sister, Ethel McKay and stepdaughter, Cheryl Sutton. Margaret was a very positive happy spirited woman who loved to garden and was known for her beautiful flower gardens, especially her roses. Margaret also loved to bake and cook for her family and friends. To honor Margaret's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has already taken place. Donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation, the Lung Association, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. A very special thank you to the staff of Larry's Pharmacy in Berwick, the VON and the staff of Shannex-Orchard Court in Kentville, who took special care of her. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
