Harold "Bub" Brown

Harold "Bub" Brown - 74, of Wallbrook, Kings County, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 in the Wolfville Nursing Home. Born in Wolfville, he was a son of the late Russell and Gertrude (Bezanson) Brown. He had been employed throughout the Wolfville area with Bill Sharpe, Charles Isnor and Duncanson’s. He also worked for a short period of time with the Millett’s in the roofing business in Ontario. He is survived by two sisters, Doris Millett, New Minas; Bertha Drysdale, Wolfville; a brother, Victor Brown, Wolfville; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters, Geraldine Doyle, Suanna Webster and Muriel Noseworthy; three brothers, Donald Brown, Vance Brown and Russell Brown. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, by request. The funeral service, followed by a reception, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend Scott Prime and Reverend Jedidiah Elliott officiating. Donations in memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
