Carl Bernard Mosher

Carl Bernard Mosher - 81, Forties, passed away peacefully with his loving and praying family by his side, on Saturday, October 15, 2016 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. He was the middle son of the late Stanley and Ella (McInnis) Mosher. Carl worked at Moyle Oxner Ltd., a mill in Chester Basin, at an early age. He also drove trucks and worked at Canexel before taking a course in Men's Hairstyling in Halifax, in 1975. In Bridgewater, he cut hair at his own shop for many years. In 1983, he met his soul mate of 33 years, and moved to the Forties. Carl was loved and returned that love to family and friends. He enjoyed making up his firewood and doing outdoors work. He took great pride in his truck. He was a delight to be around and he got great joy from children. He was a caring and loving person. Carl is survived by his loving and devoted partner, Beatie Reeves and her sons, Randy Reeves (Carole) and Larry Reeves; granddaughter, Danielle Reeves (Adam) and great-grandson, Carson; grandson, Brad Reeves (Tara) and great-grandchildren, Zoey and Hayden; grandson, Mitchell Reeves (Kyla); his daughter, Darlene Flemming (Harvey), Chester, and granddaughters, Jennifer (Mark) and family; Christine (Dana) and family; Kathy and Sarah; brother, Murray (Viv), Chester; sister, Stell, Truro; brother-in-law, Art Lloyd, Halifax; sister-in-law, Carolyn Mossman, Lunenburg.
