Blair Raymond Pudsey
1946-2017
Surrounded by his loving family Blair Raymond Pudsey 70, of New Minas, passed away peacefully to go home to be with his saviour, Jesus Christ on February 26, 2017. Born in Wolfville, he was a son of the late Henry and Clara (Vaughan) Pudsey. During his earlier years, he operated a Shell and Irving gas station in New Minas. Later on in his life he enjoyed limo driving, singing and playing his guitar, country and bluegrass music. He was an avid fan of both the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. He was a member of the Aylesford Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Donna (Coffill); son, Chris (Lisa) Pudsey, Mt. Uniacke; daughter, Lisa Kelly, New Minas; brother, Dalton "Bud" (Yvonne), St. Catharine’s, Ontario; sister, Shirley Ann Gowan, Guelph, Ontario; aunt, Barbara Sherman, New Minas; grandchildren, Kitrick, Kacey, Kristina and Kaylee; nieces, LeeAnne, Debbie, Tina and Renita; nephews, Chuck, Todd and Kevin. He was predeceased by a brother, Dail. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2017 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, where the funeral service and reception will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017, Reverend Clyde Lowe, Pastor Patrick Gilbert and Reverend Bruce Patstone officiating. Burial will be held at a later date. Family flowers only by request. The family wishes to thank the VON, Palliative Care, EHS Paramedics and the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Valley Regional Hospital. Donations in memory may be made Aylesford Baptist Church or to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
