Vincent Corbin

Vincent Corbin – 82, of Calgary, AB, formerly of Centreville, Kings County, passed away October 8, 2017 in Foothills Hospital, Calgary. Born in Kentville, he was a son of the late George and Alma (Aker) Corbin. He is survived by sons, Gerald (Mary) and Steven; grandsons, Nathan (Stephanie), Sheldon and Tristan; granddaughter, Autumn; sisters, Evelyn Bush and Florence Doucette; brothers, Eugene, Gerald (Ethel), Ernest (Velma) and Gary (Penny); 40 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, George Jr., Sydney and Edgar; sisters, Catherine Hare and Mary Johnston; brothers-in-law, Stan Bush, David Doucette, Louis Johnston and Reginald Hare; sisters-in-law, Evelyn, Mae and Marilyn. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, by request. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2017 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend Doctor Steven Hopper officiating. Burial will take place in the Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
