Alice Faye Carey

Alice Faye Carey – 64, of Kentville, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Doris (Mahar) Atkins. She is survived by her husband, Robert; two sons, Robert Dewayne (common-law partner, Patricia MacNab), New Minas; David Roy (partner, Diane Clarke), Kentville; two brothers, George (Karen) Atkins, Nicholsville; Ivan (Debbie) Atkins, Cambridge; five grandchildren, Jacob Carey, Kentville; Ryan MacNab, New Minas; Jacy (Anthony) Arnold, Greenwood; Robert MacNab, New Brunswick; Tyler Dixon-Clarke, Kentville; a great grandson, Stirling MacNab, Greenwood. She was predeceased by a brother, Ray Jr. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, by request. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 in the Cambridge Baptist Church, Kings County, Reverend Darryl Dykens officiating. Burial will take place in the Cambridge Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
