Helen Wilma Orr
Helen Wilma (Powell) Orr, 94, of Kings Riverside Court, Kentville, and formerly of Wolfville, passed away at Valley Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 11th.
Born in Toronto, Helen lived a full, athletic, and socially active life through all her years. She attended Albert College in Belleville, and spent the war years working and volunteering in Toronto. On retiring to Wolfville in 1981, Helen became an enthusiastic golfer and member of Ken-Wo, and enjoyed the many friends she made there and throughout the years in her daily life. People, particularly her family, were her passion.

She is survived by two daughters: Carol Orr (Mac Maidens) of Wolfville, and Barb (Ken Boulanger) of Winnipeg Beach; two sons: Ed (Vickie) of Nanaimo, and Doug (Scarlett) of Canaan; and five grandchildren: Sean Orr, Emily Orr, Jessica Orr, Katherine Orr (Mike Robicheau), and Mike Boulanger.
