Mary Lee Woodworth

Mary Lee Woodworth – 77, of Kentville, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, she was a daughter of the late Beverly "Bev" and Mary (Burgess) Wade. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, homemaker and friend who devoted her life to family. She enjoyed traveling and was an avid supporter of the many activities of her children and grandchildren. She was a hockey mom and horse enthusiast, spending many hours in the rink and barn. She is survived by her husband, William "Bill"; a daughter, Patti (Peter) Norris, Lakeville; three sons, Donald (Barbara) and Tim (Jacqueline), both of Middleton and Scott, Prospect Road; eight grandchildren, Katelyn, Brent, Stephen, Bradley, Maggie, Emma, Sam and William; a sister, Margaret (Donald)  Poulter, Waverley; nieces and nephews and her devoted Jack Russell, Winnie. She was predeceased by a brother, William "Bill" Wade. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service, by request. Donations in memory may be made to the Kings County SPCA or to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
