Lillian M. Tooker

Lillian M. (Brewster) Tooker - age 76, of Kentville, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2018, at Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Douglas Tooker and son, Douglas Jr "Dougie" Tooker. She is survived by daughter, Deborah Robar Tooker, Lakeville; sons, Allen Tooker, Lakeville; Laurie (Michelle) Tooker, Lakeville; Gary (Wendy) Tooker, Torbrook; Michael (Leanne) Tooker, Kentville; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lillian was loved and adored, considered a mom and friend by so many. Always welcoming with a warm cup of tea, hugs and great advice. She enjoyed the beach, a good book, seafood and writing. Her favorite things being music, friends, candles, wild flowers and her garden, but most of all she loved her husband and her family. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A Memorial will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the Cambridge Community Hall. Lillian will be laid to rest beside her husband and son at the Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeville at a later date. The family would like to thank VON, Respite Care as well as the staff at Valley Regional Hospital for the wonderful care given to Lillian and to the White Family Funeral Home. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
