Leo Frederick "Fred" Duggan

Leo Frederick "Fred" Duggan – age 64, of Waterville, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2019, at Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre. Born on July 7, 1954, Fred was raised with his sister in the Halifax area by his adopted family. As a child, he enjoyed trips to New York to visit with other members of the Duggan family. Fred will be fondly remembered for his love of airplanes, dinosaurs and tractors. He was selective in who he let into his life, but had made some very trusting and close connections with his caregivers over the past few years. His kind eyes and welcoming grin will be sadly missed by all. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2019 in the Berwick Cemetery, Reverend Michael Veenema officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
