Reta Grace Comeau

Reta Grace Comeau - age 81, of Berwick, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 in the Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Berwick, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Jessie (Reese) Moser. Reta held various positions in New Brunswick, Dartmouth and the Annapolis Valley. She was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Axillary Branch No. 69, Berwick. She enjoyed baking cookies and homemade bread, and making jam and pickles. She is survived by daughter, Yvonne Comeau, Bridgewater; grandchildren, Judy Comeau, Justin Bezanson (Missy Johnson); great-grandchildren, Jason Comeau, Dylan Caldwell, Brayden Bezanson, Lucas Napier-Johnson and Makaya Bezanson; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Comeau; great-grandson, Austin Tyler Caldwell; sister, Erma Misner; brother, Sonny Moser and common-in-law, Harold Arenburg. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2019 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019, Reverend Sarah Scott officiating. A reception will follow in the Waterville and District Fire Department. Donations in memory may be made to the IWK Health Centre, Grand View Manor, Berwick or a charity of one’s choice.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
