Elizabeth Ann "Penny" MacBride

Elizabeth Ann "Penny" MacBride - age 57, of Canning, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Wolfville, she was a daughter of Wesley MacBride, Canning and the late Roberta "Bubsy" (George) MacBride. She had previously been employed as a hairdresser, owning and operating her day spa, Changes. Penny also worked at the Windsor Elms Nursing Home. She is survived by her daughter, Emily Ernest (Mitchell Carter), Kentville; sisters, Faye (Ken) Tibbetts, Plamondon, AB; Janet (Jean-Marc) Devidal, Coldbrook; brothers, Dana (Kim) MacBride, Grafton; Jamie (Kim) MacBride, Richmond Hill, ON; many nieces, nephews and extended family. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service, by request. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
