Mr. Timothy Wayne "Tim" Walsh

Timothy Wayne “Tim” Walsh - 47, of North Kentville, passed away suddenly, Monday, July 26, 2010 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Windsor and raised in Avonport, he was a son of Reg and Carol (Levy) Walsh, Avonport. He had been employed for many years with W. K. Sharpe & Sons Contractors Ltd. He enjoyed and took pride in his flower gardens and he always looked forward to Christmas decorating. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Jennifer and Janet, Avonport; his companion, Hazel Porter, North Kentville; a brother, Randy (Angela) Walsh and niece, Hailey, all of Coldbrook; his grandmother, Edith Levy, Newport Station. He was predeceased by a daughter, Joyce. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010, Reverend Dan Jamer officiating. Burial will take place in the Lower Horton Cemetery, Grand Pré, Kings County. Family flowers only, by request. Donations in memory may be made to his companion, Hazel Porter. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville.
