Theresa Lillian Baird

Theresa Lillian Baird – 84, of Kentville, Kings County, passed away on Tuesday, April, 8, 2014 in the Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia, she was a daughter of the late Nathan and Emily (Marsden) Hatcher. She is survived by three sons, Richard (Elaine), Kentville; Robert, Kentville; David, Halifax; five grandchildren, Michelle, Tammy, Robert "Scott", Heather and Trevor; nine great grandchildren; sister, Marguerite Hatcher; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Service Baird; sisters, Pearl Schofield; Mildred Hatcher and Shirley Stychyshyn; half-sister, Leah Amelia Crew; brothers, Harold Hatcher, Raymond Hatcher, Arthur Hatcher and Nathan Hatcher; half-brothers, James Hubert Hatcher and Wilfred Hatcher. There will be no visitation by family request. A funeral service, followed by a reception, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Majors Ross and Doreen Grandy officiating. Interment will take place in the Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory may be made to the Grand View Manor Activities. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
