Graham Leslie Best

Graham Leslie Best - 67, of Kentville, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at home. Born in Wolfville, he was a son of Edna (Ettinger) Best, Windsor and the late Leslie Best. He had been employed as a carpet layer and was an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Graves (Wendell Browning), Auburn; Kathryn (Joe) Vignati, Atlanta, Georgia; a son, Graham, British Columbia; three sisters, Wanda, Catherine and Lynn; four brothers, Alan, Charles, Kevin and Mark; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by an infant sister, Cheryl. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, by request. The funeral service, followed by a reception, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014, in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Pastor John Andrew officiating. Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the Canadian Diabetes Association. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
