Frederick Stanley "Fred" Wallace

Frederick Stanley "Fred" Wallace – 64, of Kentville, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, Waterville. Born in Kentville, he was a son of Irene (Vaughan) Wallace, Kentville and the late  Francis "Rocky" Wallace. He had been employed as a bookkeeper with Canard Poultry and for Harold Legge. He began playing music at the age of 15 and played in various bands. He enjoyed music from the 1960's, especially the Beatles. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Carol, Kentville; twin brothers, Robert (Angela), Kentville and Richard (Margaret Rose), Centreville, Kings County; nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Amanda, Keith, Matthew and Michelle; great niece and great nephew, Ella and Brandon. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation by request. The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 in the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre (1349 County Home Road, Waterville), Chaplain Mary Perkins officiating. A private family interment will take place at a later date in the Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill, Kings County. Donations in memory may be made to the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
