Karen Kennedy

With deep sadness, the family of Karen Kennedy (McNutt) announce her sudden passing on January 22, 2015 of cancer. Born on February 21, 1958, she was predeceased by her mother, Helen Mae DeHeuvel; her father, Arthur McNutt; stepfather, Fred DeHeuvel. She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Kennedy; brothers, Tim McNutt (Shirley), Gary McNutt, Karl McNutt (Michelle), Brian McNutt (Brenda); nieces, Krista and Taylor and nephews, Ian, Sean and Jack, who will remember good times with auntie, Karen and great nieces, Keilidh, Kierah and great nephew, Kyren. She retired from working for many years at Aliant (formerly Maritime Tel & Tel) where she worked Yellow Pages and later in other departments. She enjoyed good times with friends and family and gave many a laugh with her quick wit and humour. Arrangements have been entrusted to White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
