Donald Lloyd Latter Jr.

Donald Lloyd Latter Jr. - 81, of Waterville, Kings County, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Waterville, he was a son of the late Donald and Stella (Sawler) Latter. He had been employed as a truck driver and enjoyed working in the woods. He is survived by two sons, Russell (Joy) Latter, Waterville; Donald Latter, British Columbia; a step-daughter, Ann (David) Morris, Rockwood, ON; two step-sons, Tom Leggatt (Donna Miller), Mitchell, ON; Brian (Susan) Leggatt, Mitchell, ON; sister, Vera, Ontario; brothers, Ralph (Esther), Toronto, ON; Harold (Lola), Waterville; Eric (Judy), Waterville; and Avon, Waterville. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Gwendolyne Linton; two sisters, Marjorie Taylor and Cecila Wile; two brothers, Russell and Gerald. There will be no visitation, by request. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in the Cambridge Cemetery, Kings County. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
