Kathleen M. "Kay" DeEll

Kathleen M. "Kay" DeEll - 79, of New Minas, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Born in New Ross, Lunenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Clifford and Alma (Ernst) DeMont. Throughout her working life, Kay was employed as a cashier for Bogg’s Brothers, Sobeys, and later Save Easy. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, doing needlepoint and attending yard sales. She is survived by a brother, Raymond (Shirley), Daysprings, Lunenburg County; sister, Anne Pudsey (Ron Vidito), Port George; brother-in-law, Jim Wolfe, Trenton; sister-in-law, Darlene (Arnold) Raglin, Pembroke, Ontario; nephews, Chris, Michael and Donald; nieces, LoriAnn, Michelle, Lisa, Donna, Shirley, Heather and Karen; several great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Shirley; a niece, Joanne. In keeping with Kay’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
