Chad Franklin Eugene Rafuse

Chad Franklin Eugene Rafuse - 39, of Glooscap First Nation, Bishopville, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 at home. Born in Kentville, he was a son of Arnold Rafuse, Kentville and the late Wendy (Francis) Rafuse. He had been employed at the Glooscap Variety and Gas Bar in Bishopville. He especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing and was passionate about music. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his father, he is survived by a daughter, Nichelle; three sons, Rylan, Landon and Paxton; a sister, Tammy Rafuse (Tim Pineo), Centreville; two brothers, Cory (Trish), Coldbrook and Noah, Kentville; nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Brittany, Payton and Chase; many friends and extended family members. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by twin daughters, Taryn and Taylor. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation by family request. The funeral service and reception will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend David Elliott officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. Donations can be made to Native Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselling Association of Nova-Scotia (NADACA). Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
