Marion "June Saunders" Coleman

Marion "June Saunders" Coleman - age 88, passed away very peacefully in the beautiful light of the blue moon, on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born on February 10, 1927 in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia she was the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Michie) Barlow of Aylesford. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by her children, Linda Tsagaris, Halifax; Brian Saunders, Murphy Lake; Judy Saunders, New Minas; Bonnie (Rob) Ferguson, Falmouth; Gregory (Theresa) Saunders, Kentville; her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister, Barbara Freund, Delaware, USA; sister-in-law, Irene Barlow, Wilmot. She was predeceased by her first husband, Albert Douglas Saunders of Weston; their infant daughter, Elizabeth Curry Saunders; husband of her later years, Guy Coleman; her sisters, Dorothy Allard and Rhoda Strum; her brothers, Bill Barlow and Jack Barlow. The family are extremely grateful to the wonderful staff on Chase Unit at Grand View Manor who took such loving, gentle and compassionate care of our Mother and nurtured her little sparkle in the final months of her life. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, by her wishes. A private family service and burial will take place at a later date at the Berwick Cemetery. Donations in her memory would be welcomed by The Patient Fund on Chase Unit at Grand View Manor. Arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
