Glynis Mae Atwell

Glynis Mae Atwell – age 69, of Waterville, formally of Melanson Mountain, Kings County, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born on September 7, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Eldon and Elise (Rafuse) Atwell. Glynis was a beloved resident of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre in Waterville. She was a gentle soul with a quiet and inquisitive nature. She enjoyed attending activities through the Lifestyles program, people watching, and walking. Glynis had a great sense of humor with an infectious laugh, but some might say she was best known for her love of a good cup of Tim Horton’s coffee. Glynis was a cornerstone of the KRRC family and she will be greatly missed by those who have had the pleasure of knowing her. A service will be held for Glynis at Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre 1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2019. A private burial will take place. Donations in memory may be made to the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
