Mary Ann Slauenwhite

Mary Ann Slauenwhite - age 74, of New Minas, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Doris (Whynot) Craig. She is survived by a brother, David (Connie), Liverpool; stepchildren, David Slauenwhite, Marion Greencorn, Peggy Huntley, Elizabeth Lenihan, Edith Tupper and Pamela Burns; many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Everett Slauenwhite; two brothers, George (Dora) and Paul (Brenda); a nephew, Ricky; stepchildren, Blanche, Robert, William (infant), Beatrice (infant) and Paulette. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation, by request. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2020 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend Ivan Norton officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in the Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeville, Kings County. Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
