Lois Gertrude Schofield

Lois Gertrude Schofield, 74, of Kentville, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Carmeta Sweet. Lois was a taxi driver in Kentville and the surrounding area for many years before retirement. She is survived by her husband, Donald "Donnie" Spencer; sisters, Gayle Mueller of PE; Janet White of Sackville; and brother Lawrence Sweet of Kentville. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Bruce Schofield; brother, Albert Sweet; and sister Alice Costley. There will be no visitation. Due to the Covid pandemic, an invitation only funeral service will be held in the White Family Funeral Home Chapel, Reverend Ivan Norton officiating. Interment will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill.
