Terrence Leslie "Terry" Ross

Terrence Leslie "Terry" Ross, 71, of Gibson Woods, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville, he was a son of the late Arthur and Marjorie "Evelyn" (Clements) Ross. Prior to retirement, Terry owned his own business for 22 years, delivering Farmers Dairy Products and drove charter and school busses for another 12 years. He was a member of the Down East Classic Car Club. He enjoyed playing cards and darts and was a season ticket holder of Acadia Axemen hockey. Above all, he enjoyed his time with family and friends, and especially cherished his time with his grandchildren. Terry is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Ross; son, Andrew Ross; the love of his life, Cindy Benedict; brother, Daniel Ross; sisters, Andrea and Karen Ross; grandchildren, Kayla, Kiera, Ariel, Norman, Kaleb, Kaden, Andrew Junior, Austin and Axel; and the mother of his children, Kathy Palmer. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Terri Ross. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A public graveside service will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in Gibson Woods Cemetery, Gibson Woods. A video webcast of the service will be available on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Donations in memory may be made to the Annapolis Valley VON.
