Rose Marie Storms

Rose Marie (Gaudet) Storms, 81, Kentville, a kind and generous person passed away on July 9, 2021. Born in Saulnierville Station, she was the daughter of the late Stanis and Adele Gaudet. She was a faithful member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Berwick. She participated in many aspects of the church. She was recognized as a volunteer at Grand View Manor & Villa, the food bank and other organizations. Rose is survived by daughters, Michelle Storms, Vancouver; Rhonda (Scott) Neary, Calgary; sisters, Irene Hattie, Digby; Corinne Wetmore, Moncton; Jeanette Hiltz, Halifax; brother, Robert Gaudet, Halifax; several nieces and nephews and close friend Jim Burns, New Waterford. Rose was predeceased by brother, Junior Gaudet and sisters Clara and Therese, in infancy. Rose loved being at Wedgewood House and the family gives sincere thanks to management and staff for their care. Cremation has taken place and Rose’s wish was for a funeral Mass, which will be held at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church – Corpus Christi Parish, Berwick, Father Keith Billard officiating, by invitation only. Interment will take place in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Kentville. A video webcast of the service will be available at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021.
