Michael Fredericks

1960-2021

Michael Fredericks

It is with profound sadness that the family of Michael Fredericks announces his passing. Michael will be forever remembered by his wife, Toni; grandchildren, Logan and Lexis; daughters, Jessica and Sarah; son, Nathan; mother, Jeannette; his sisters, Tammy, Shelley and Debbie and by countless other people he loved and whom he was loved by.

Michael was the type of person who lit up a room the minute he walked into it with life and love, and it was hard not to smile when he was around. He was a salt of the earth type of man, sincerely good hearted, witty, kind and the most hilarious person you could ever meet. You would often leave a conversation with some of his quick one-liner jokes and funny faces and say or do them yourself for years. He was selfless, caring, compassionate and basically any other personality trait that just represented pure goodness as he made the world a better place with his infectious personality. He adored his grandchildren, Logan and Lexis, and they brought him so much happiness love and comfort. He loved cooking, bbqing, movies, being outside, was the biggest Leafs fan and, though often questioned by others, he was loyal to them for his entire life. His loved ones are at a loss for words because he was such a big presence in their lives and the future without him is very hard to comprehend. So much of him will live on in those whom he cared for and he will be forever honoured and remembered by them in everyone's hearts and minds.

Michael passed surrounded by his family while listening to some of his favorite songs. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at 1101 New Road, Aylesford, Nova Scotia, B0P1C0.
