Armeline Mary Guay

Armeline Mary (Boudreau) Guay – of Kentville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born and raised in Hectanooga, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Nellie (Melanson) Boudreau. She is survived by daughters, Nicole (Robert) Mader, of Winnipeg and Giseline Guay, of Kentville; daughter-in-law, Carmen (Hatfield) Stuart, of Yarmouth; and grandchildren, Samantha, Lauren and Emma Mader, all of Winnipeg, and Noah Lepper, of Kentville.

Armeline was a kind and loving person who was dedicated to her family and church. She cared deeply for her friends and those in need. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed volunteering her time to good causes. She was actively involved with the Catholic Women’s League (CWL) at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Kentville and also volunteered for the Girl Guides of Canada for many years. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Armeline was predeceased by her husband, Vincent Stuart; son, Gary Stuart; siblings, Clifford Boudreau, Gordon Boudreau, Lillian Chandler and Mary Phyllis Boudreau; and granddaughter, Olivia Guay-Atwell.

There will be no visitation or reception to follow, by request. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021 in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Kentville. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kentville.

In accordance with the Nova Scotia Proof of Full Vaccination Policy, proof of full vaccination will be required to attend visitations, services and receptions held in or by the White Family Funeral Home.
