Stephen Ewen Donald Miles

1961-2022

Stephen Ewen Donald Miles

It is with great sadness the family of Stephen Ewen Donald Miles, 60, of New Ross, announce his unexpected passing on Sunday, May 8, 2022 in the QEII-Halifax Infirmary. Born in Wolfville, he was a son of the late Roy and Joyce (Hemeon) Miles.

Everything Steve did he did with intention and love for his two girls. He loved spending too much time taking care of his beautiful property, having a good laugh and always made sure he took a break for 4:20. He loved talking business and going down memory lane to his bar days with anyone who wanted to listen. MUMM and his part in the organization was always a proud moment for him. The stories will live on along with his memory, forever.

Steve will be deeply missed by his two girls, Sierra Miles and Olivia Miles (Vincent Ingram) as well as his daughter Jade Windrow; partner, Karen Cook; brothers, Michael (Hilda) Miles, Randy Miles, Wayne Miles and Chris Miles; granddaughter, Scarlett Mae Ingram; the mother of his children, Cheryl Aker; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation by request. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2022 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville. For those unable to attend, a video webcast of the service will be available at that time. Interment will take place in Gaspereau Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to the QEII-Neurology Department. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
