Allen Ross "Buck" Lowthers

Allen Ross "Buck" Lowthers – 84, of Kentville, passed away in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Born in Windsor, he was a son of the late Owen and Mary (Williams) Lowthers, formerly of Greenwich. Allen was a jack of all trades. He worked for Max Boylan Garage, Scotian Gold, Hants Equipment, with Lawrence Hart, Windsor and ran his own snowplowing business. Allen is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Coldwell); brothers, James Lowthers of Truro and Bruce Lowthers of Kentville; one nephew and three nieces. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held in Lower Horton Cemetery, Grand Pre, at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
