Susan Pauline Tupper

1960-2022

Susan Pauline Tupper

Susan Pauline Tupper - age 61, of Middleton, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville.

Born in Wolfville, she was a daughter of the late Foster St. Clair Phillips and Thelma (Pettigrew) Thurston.

Susan dedicated her life to her husband, who passed away in 2009, her two daughters and her two grandchildren, Caelin and Chloe. Susan was always outgoing and enjoyed listening to music and dancing the night away at the Royal Canadian Legion. Susan and her family spent many seasons at Forevergreen Campground before her husband died. Here, they made many special memories and friends. Susan will be remembered most for her generosity, kindness and ability to show forgiveness. She would never speak negatively toward anyone and believed in second chances. Susan struggled with illness for most of her adult life but never let that get in the way of living her life and being there for others, especially her children and grandchildren. When her husband, Gerry, passed away, Susan never remarried, always holding steadfast to meet with her beloved husband again one day. She was loyal to him, to her family and to her beliefs. Even in her final days, Susan cared most about the healing of others after she was gone. She was truly an angel on this earth and will finally gain her wings in Heaven, in the loving arms of her husband.

She is survived by daughters, Melanie Tupper (Colin) and Ashley Tupper (Jarod); grandchildren, Caelin and Chloe; sisters, Heather (Doug) Manuel, Tammy Singleton, brother, Daniel (Betty) Phillips; nieces, nephews and extended family.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gerry.
