Tracy Donald Dodds

In loving memory, we announce the passing of Tracy. He passed away on October 13, 2022 in the Valley Regional Hospital, after a lengthy illness.

Tracy was born on April 11, 1956 in Corner Brook Newfoundland but spent most of his life in Nova Scotia. He liked to work on his vehicles and work in the woods. He took pride in his ability to cut scrap metal properly and worked in the snow removal business. He also enjoyed cooking. He was of great help to his mother handling house repairs and yard work. He was particularly helpful during the pandemic when he took over all shopping and running errands so she could safely isolate.

Tracy’s two dogs, Ginger and Roamie, were devoted to him. His spare time was spent hanging out with the guys at the garage. He also liked his Pepsi!

He was predeceased by his father, Donald, in 2010. He is survived by his mother, Pearl, Coldbrook and sister, Kathy (Debra), Pictou County.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral, by request. Burial will be held at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Dr. Donald G. Dodds Wildlife Scholarship Fund, Acadia University. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.
