Nancy Udavilla Rogers

1954-2023

Nancy Udavilla Rogers

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Rogers on March 13th, 2023. Her cheerful demeanor and personality will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Nancy grew up in the small valley town of Greenwich on the family farm with siblings Dennis Smith, Judy Forsythe and Caroline Schrieber; and parents Roy and Elizabeth Smith. This is where she developed her love for animals, and where she could be found riding bare back on the cows and horses.

Nancy's warm smile and friendly wave were a daily fixture in the neighborhood, and she brought joy to everyone around her. She was an avid bridge player and loved to spend her afternoons with friends, sipping tea and strategizing over the cards.

Her sons, Tom and Mike Rogers, were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Nancy was a devoted mother, and her unwavering love and support will be deeply missed by her family.

Although it is difficult to say goodbye to such a wonderful person, we take comfort in knowing that Nancy's kind spirit will live on in the memories of those she touched. Rest in peace, dear Nancy.
