1992-2023

Dylan Newton Schofield

It is with unbelievable sadness and broken hearts that the family of Dylan Newton Schofield, age 31, of Wilmot, announce his untimely passing on Monday, May 22, 2023 as a result of an ATV accident. Born in Kentville, he was the son of Morris "Brian" Schofield and Anita Fraser.

Dylan was a graduate of Northeast Kings Education Centre, class of 2010. He had many careers throughout his life such as carpentry with his father, long haul trucking and well drilling with his latest being with Quality Concrete. He was a kind and gentle person, who would do anything for the people he loved. He was the most supportive partner and incredible father to his three children, who were his pride and joy.

In addition to his parents, Dylan will be deeply missed by his partner, Ashlie Swan and their children, Chloe, Owen and Austyn Schofield; his sister, Cassandra Schofield (Kyle Huxter); as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Dylan was predeceased by his grandfathers, Clarence Fraser and Harry Schofield; and great-grandfather, Owen Fraser.
