Paul Douglas Graves

Graves, Paul Douglas – 67, of Canning, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Paul was the son of the late Frederick and Marguerite (Porter) Graves.

Paul enjoyed working on cars and wanted to pass his knowledge onto his granddaughters. In recent years, Paul could be found hanging out with his best friend, Easton, his trusty dog.

Paul is survived by his wife, Debbie (Justason); daughter, Kim (Dwight) Fraser, Kentville; sons, Peter, at home; Paul (Danielle), Grand Prairie, Alberta; and Fred, Toronto, Ontario; six granddaughters, Sierra, Savanna, Brooke, Payson, Sutton and Nikita; great-granddaughter, Nevaeh; great-grandson, Evren; and a great-grandbaby due in May; brothers, Lawrence (Wendy) Porter, Windsor; Richard (Elenor) Graves, Greenwich; Michael (Sue) Graves, Greenwich; brother-in-law, Jim Hines; sisters, Lillian (Donnie) Sanford, Waterville; and Carol Graves, Kentville; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Edith Wentzell and Susan Hines; and brother, Brian Graves.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation, by request. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville.
